how do i install the VIF1 Stall on rocky

how do i install the VIF1 Stall on rocky as it freezes before a fight and on the fighter selection screen, thanks

Under Config->Emulator Settings, then the "Gamefixes" tab/icon, then enable manual gamefixes and tick "Delay VIF1 Stalls".

for rocky you will also want to go to the EE/IOP tab and set the clamping mode to "none" to stop the boxers disappearing.
