I have a Creative Soundcard AE5Plus who supports Dolby Digital Live and Dts for Windows for movies and games
The card is connected via optical cable to Logitech Z906 5.1 sound system
When i play the games on windows (the surround using Dolby Digital Live + SPIDIF) works for 99% of the games with proper spacial sound(if the fire is behind you you can hear it only in the 2 rear speakers etc)
I have the PCSx2 version with the sound settings:
Bound SPU2: Spu2-X.dll [SPU2-X 20200506140834 2.0.0]
Catmull-rom
Output: Xaudio2(recommended)
Audio expansion module 5.1
I can hear the sound in game (xenosaga ep 1) but its kind of a mixed stereo sound in all 5.1 speakers (example explosion in the back sounds also in the front)
Is there an issue with the sound plugin or with the game itself ?
