The 8400GS isn't very good, so that'll make you suffer, However it's more CPU dependant, what CPU you got.

I use an 8600 and it does just fine. (being only 2 up from the 8400 even. 8400GS is just a REALLY ***** card)

I bought a cheap 8600 GT for £40 because it had two DVI (TV + PC) and it does really well. I can get solid 60fps in Persona 4 except when there are a lot of characters on screen.

You could probably get one cheaper now, since I've had this one for about 6 months. I also have an E4600 dual core @ 2.4 with 4gb of DDR2. I forget the speed of those.

Then try to overclock your cpu bit at.2.8Ghz at least or more to get more fps.
Notebook ASUS A43TA|CPU AMD Llano APU A6-3400m Triple core (1 core disable) OC to 2.6+Ghz|GPU CF|HD 6520 400Mhz/667Mhz iGPU|HD6650M OC 780Mhz/985Mhz dGPU|RAM 8GB DDR3 1333|Windows 7 Ultimate Sp.1 x64 bit.
>> Emulation speed differs for each game. There will be some you can run fast easily, but others will simply require more powerfull hardware <<.
