i cant run pcsx2 in win 7 anyway i get this error Excl
when i run pcsx2 on win 8.1 or win XP
program run successfully
what.s the problem with win 7 ? Mellow

Im running on Windows 7, no problem at my end
Msi GF-62VR
Intel  core i7 7700hq @2.8(3.5ghz turbo) Nvidia 6gig GTX1060 16 gigs DDr5   windows 10
*base 64 images don't work here - ref*

i know when i starting used win 7 pcsx2 run successfully
after some month i getting this problem i remove win 7 and setup again and still get this problem

Not sure why you're using such an old version, but maybe you could try grabbing the most recent GIT build from http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/index.php and see if you have any luck running it.

Did you at least update direct and install vc++ 2013 x86 redist ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
