what do they do i mean i know they make some games run better but my question is can it harm your pc?

CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

did you overclock or disable intel speedstep ?

then you won't get any hardware problem caused by pcsx2
