but at least 70 % of games ( out of playable games ) will run nice without much of a problem with a 3GHz Sandy Bridge
with a year or 2 PCSX2 doesn't have to increase it speed
any hardware at that time should be enough for it with a reasonable clock ( not less than 2GHz )

games is running at least with setup and native screen but that won't satisfy me then the gameplay itself liable and responds with unforseen events of every kind up to pcsx2 fullcrash. my clear state, no go on this machine. For fans it may be possible but not without fiddling and hacking around the whole system. thats gt4 not worthy. Better playing shift2 for one simple reason, its in every respect the 10000 times better game.

upscaling is still possible but should be reduced. even a little lowering affects in noticable better gameflow, i strongly recommand set your emu to match at the machine performance abillities. when it is not even nessersarly to get the game working correct. concerning these clues then follwed games are good playable.

um sorry for taking much of your valuable time ..... but can u tell the brand name of processors that can reach 7 ghz?????
and how about my laptop????? can i install that sandy bridge part and will it work perfectly???
N.B::: i found in my laptop guide that my processor could be turbo boosted to 2.93 ghz can u tell me how to do it????

That 2.93Ghz boost is only for a single-threaded application (not PCSX2). You will never get that boost for this, but you may still reach that 2.53Ghz I mentioned before.

No, you can not upgrade your laptop CPU to a different architecture.

No, there wll be no "7Ghz CPU" in a laptop. Those processors reaching those heights are in desktops, with very fancy cooling and what have you. If you have tons of money to work with, there would be a chance. Likewise, it may be cheaper just to pay some actors to dress-up and act out your favorite game...
