i have low pc and my spec like this
what setting fit for my spec
please help me i play with low FPS 30%

What Game?
Try these :-
  • Change the Round mode to Nearest and Clamp Mode to None in Both EE and VU's section.
  • Use Speedhacks : All the Reccomended ones and EE Cyclerate to 2 and VU Cycle Stealing to 1
  • Use Native Resolution
  • Change Windows Power Plan to High Performance : Important

The GT 430 is weak, try using native or if you do the math, maybe enter a custom resolution of 1.5x native.

you could start by telling us which game you're trying to play ?

Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti

when i enter battle phase i got FPS 25% EE 80% GS 70%

keep playing this game on your PS2 for now.

If your PC can play I wonder why your PS2 couldn't ...
use Harsh's settings posted above (except about the internal res, which you'll have to keep native).
but you won't get full speed anyways with that PC, as I said, it's just too weak for pcsx2
