i need help with english patch

i have recently installed the iso for Final Fantasy X-2: International + Last Mission in Japanese of course. i also downloaded the PBirdmans English Patch for it. how do i install the patch or whatever it is so that the game can be in english for me? this of course will help following english patch games for me as well so plz help me thank u !
