idiot (me) needs help

I just got this emulator today, and I'm trying to run Resident Evil 4 straight from the disc. But every time, I get this error, "File not found. Path: IsoFileSystem." Here's the log:

I use an intel core i7 and an Nvidia GeForce 745m, so it should run well, unless I'm doing something wrong in the emulator.

if you want to run straight from the disc, use gigahertz dvd plugin and map it to your DVD drive letter.
then use "plugin" in the running options instead of "iso"

Indeed. IOPRP.IMG is a ps2 file, not an iso image.

Thanks, but now I'm getting this error: "A file could not be created. Path: C:\Program Files(x86)\PCSX2\bios\scph39001.nvm". That's the bios I'm using right now. It's right there in the folder, here's the log:
