i gave you suggestions for video cards in your price range, and the gts 250 would be a better fit than the ati 5570. the gts is the best on that list, unless the ati 5670 dx11 makes it better than the gts 250, if not then buy the gts 250.

higher res, slightly faster with the evga.
lower res, slightly slower with the 512mb

so take you pick, and i think you would be able to play god of war 2 with 1 of these 3 cards with your setup, with speed hacks if needed. what is the watts on your power supply because that is key as well.
