i try to load the cd/dvd then it says can't load memorycard found in memcard/mcd001.ps2 plz help me i click ok then pops up again the stops responding

have you try "Run as Administrator"?

kindly double check your memcard directory(Config-->memcards)
more likely is in the other directory

But you made sure by right clicking on the app and then "run as administrator"? also you could try moving your pcsx2 folder to a place you have rights to like your Documents folder.

Did you make sure you have the memory cards checked in the Memory Cards in the options? I have done that mistake sometimes.
