the error is still the same after i reconfigured (i cancel pcsx2.ini every time cause if i don't do it when i star the program i get only the error)

well you're problem is that you're using the latest pcsx2 on your old pcsx2 folder, it is advised to install it in a new folder.

why don't you just go to http://www.pcsx2.net/downloads.php and install pcsx2 through the installer

i solved the problem installing a previus version of the program and then i replace the old file with the 0.96 binary
