i'm using XP professional, i've just reboot after updating directx but the problem is still the same
also as you can see the missing dll is in the correct position

ok, try this: boot into SAFE mode (hit F8 while booting) and select the Administrator account (not your own) try configuring it there, copy any errors that occur, try running it there and then reboot and report your results.

NOTE: while in safe mode you cannot go online

wait i can't understand one thing, what do you mean with not your own? cause my is the only administrator account
