what exactly is your CPU type a C2D or a Pentium??
they cannot combine these types together

if that is a P4 your PC is bad
if that is a C2D your PC is in Mimimun status.

well that CPU it's bad
P4 is an ancient CPU architectures
best to change to i5,i7 soon.

don't expect best configuration on that.

your problem is that most of those recordings are sped up to achieve maximum speed (60 fps).
it also depends on what game you run, as some games are less intensive than others.

Don't count on Youtube Videos. They record it with GSDX Recording feature which automatically plays them at 100fps for the sake of seeing.

Try these settings and see :-
  • Change the Round mode to Nearest and Clamp Mode to None in Both EE and VU's section.
  • Use Speedhacks : All the Reccomended ones and EE Cyclerate to 2 and VU Cycle Stealing to 1
  • Use Native Resolution : not much needed as GPU is fine.
  • Use Frameskip : 1 to draw and 2 to skip. or maybe higher
  • Try Allow 8-bit Texture : not much needed as GPU is fine.
  • Change Windows Power Plan to High Performance : Important

Might help you get 25+ fps. but thats not sure. Better buy a new motherboard and CPU.

Your CPU will bottleneck everything.
And PCSX2 is mostly CPU dependent.
buying a Radeon 6570 for a Pentium 4 system was a bad move.
This graphic card will fall asleep in your computer Tongue2
