The cpu is good but I am not sure about the gpu
Are you using OpenGL in GSdx?
If yes, switch to DX11(ogl don't work very well on amd gpu)

If it's still slow,post your pcsx2\gsdx settings

I use that same CPU and my GPU is roughly inbetween the 6670 and the 6770 in general performance, though with better OpenGL support. It runs Aspec well. Make sure you use DirectX 11 with 8bit textures and some tracks might need some VU cycle stealing. Also I would not increase the internal resolution since this game ramps up on GPU demand quite a bit faster then most when you increase the resolution.

I used a 6750 for a while and it was fine in dx11.. at least at 3 and 4x for what I played. I'd expect that 6570 to be good for at least 3x in dx11.

The chip, well thats faster than my old 3770.. so yes you should be good to go with that setup (for the most part)

No,this is as a start, from then on it's changing settings to make the game look better.
Using Nearest Texture Filtering will make the game look even more pixalated while using Native resolution
