is there a place to enter Pro Action Replay codes?

Sorry if this question has already been answered before, I'm a newbie when it comes to emulation. PS2 emulation I'm even more of a newbie.  I can't find where to input Pro Action Replay codes.  Is that a feature that is not available or do I need to do some tinkering to get codes to work?  I just want to play Manhunt 2 without the video static overlaid when you execute someone!  If someone can point me to where I should be looking in the emulator or what thread I should be looking at to add cheat codes I'd appreciate it very much.
