issues with jak 2 and 3

iv looked around and everyone has the issue i know this but i see ppl who have fixed it but i have no idea how i dont even care about the lack of eyeballs in cutscenes or fked up water (tho the water would be a nice fix) i jsut want the like slow mo/x10 speed up ***** to stop so i can actually play the game right can someoen help me out and tell me how to fix this so i can play 2 of my favorite games of my childhood

There is a pending PR for the speed issue (wrong Vsync timing if I am not mistaking) but the flickering water is a mipmapping issue and unfortunately, the full and fast implementation of it are not effective in this game, only the software render replicate it perfectly. Also the eye bug is a texture cache issue.

Hello. I'm trying to play Jak II but I have several bugs. Jaks head and hair is all green and purple textures and the pause menu is completely glitched. In the menu the image is all bugged out and the text overlap themselves so I can't use it. Also the tips text just flashes quickly at the bottom of the screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
