i don't think that there is one single revision of gsdx, which is universally faster on ALL intel graphics chipsets and ALL games at the same time. there are so many game specific fixes, workarounds and speed ups all the time, it has to be at least very game dependend. and i'm also very sure that there are quite some differences in speed and comaptibility between all those intel gpus.
