kh2 final mix+ save game

personal hello, everytime I import a savegame from gamefaqs I got to my memory card, it is like "NO-NAME-ROOT" and the savegame simply does not appear in the game, could someone tell me what is the problem? or trying to solve for me? please?

name of save game: kh2fm+ critical mode lvl99, both secret endings, journal almost 100%.
