kingdom hearts I freezes

im using the version 0.9.8 r4600 (latest, i think)

the game freezes when you battle the heartless in the sleeping beauty panel just in the beginning of the game

here are my specs:

Operating System = Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)
Physical RAM = 2046 MB
CPU name = AMD Phenom™ II X6 1055T Processor
Vendor/Model = AuthenticAMD (stepping 00)
CPU speed = 2.799 ghz (6 logical threads)
NVIDIA GeForce 210 (6.14.12.6658)
