kingdom hearts runs slow at some cutscenes

anytime sora riku and/or kiari talk i hit about 13 fps someone please help

no default settings ive been messing with the settings to try and get it to work before i got help sorry im kinda new to this stuff.

ok u'r gpu is bottleneck here
Go to emulation settings-
tick Manual Game fixes-
tick switch to software mode when a fmv starts

it'll toggle to sofware mode when a fmv starts in u'r game
also set extra rendering threads to 2 in video plugin setting
also enable recommended speedhacks
don't touch ee & vu slider
if u'r game still slow
put ee & vu to 2
test u'r game
if not changed anything or it giving u problem in u'r game
put them back to 0
generally they're for some speedup in u'r games
but some games not accept speedhacks nicely !!

if you're talking about the sunset cutscenes, they will slowdown even with a high rig.
Since you only have 2 cores @2.7 ghz, not much you can do except using a few speedhacks and setting gsdx internal res to native.
that may improve things, but won't give you full speed whatever you do
