HD4000 shouldn't be terrible. Make sure your windows power plan when plugged in is set to high performance.

I don't know about other cutscenes, but the first cutscene of this game is quite demanding.

quite a few cutscenes are pretty tough. The one right before the second day on the island hit hard as well as when you find Aladen in agrabah
