nvidia gt 540m,core i5 2430M(3.0 ghz),4 gb ram.
i 'm using preset 4 ,native resolution
and pcsx2 version is 0.9.8 r4600

when do you get those lags ?
any screenshot ?
what do the EE% & gs% say when you get those slowdowns ?
did you try latest svn with mtvu hack ?
Is it a PAL game or NTSC ?
