laggy issues :(

hello,i downloaded pcsx2 and tried out nba street 2 and def jam fight for ny,it dont lag in either game in the menus but the actual gameplay gets me 22 to 30 fps which isnt playable for me,any help?

Do you have your power management set to high performance? Do you have the latest AMD namebrand gpu driver (not tha OEM crap)?

If you answer yes to the above, then mention the EE and GS% during the slowdowns. Most likely it will be your weak cpu as laptops can't really handle cpu-heavy demand programs like pcsx2.

yes its at high performance,and yes i have the ati radeon catalyst driver thats HD.
