hi guys :-) here the solution, follow all step by step
1) open cd/dvd settings and erase the select Iso form
2) close and re-open pcsx2, now open a file that isn't an iso ps2, for example rar files or doc with execute command from Run options.
3) Now set your language in bios settings and exit from bios (close the emu ;-) )
4) re-open pcsx2 and run the ISO from "execute" command in Run options. DON'T USE RUN CD/DVD command!!!!!
5) your game now works fine :-)

Wait for your news :-)

you're welcome :-) oh and works with all Multi5 Pal games :-) this happens with games that run with default bios language, so you must run bios before the game (execute command).

Sorry to bump the thread but I really don't understand the instructions.

open cd/dvd settings
If you mean the CDVD plugin settings, there's nothing I can do there.
and erase the select Iso form
That's a sentence I can't understand
with execute command from Run options
Where the hell is that?
from "execute" command in Run options
And again, where is that option?

I'm using PCSX2 1.0

It's the exact same problem. Just the explanation is not clear for me (maybe older versions of PCSX2 have other options?)

EDIT: Problem solved. Solution: Run CDVD (Complete) and not (Fast). Also check the language in the BIOS just in case[/b]
