rpcs3 and dolphin always releases new dev builds everyday.. why does pcsx2 developers is not doing that

because the dev team is really smaller than Dolphin and rpcs3 dev teams.
We do release git builds regularly (every 2-3 days), though

That said, if things aren't going fast enough for you, why don't you contribute to developement ?
This is an open source project and any help is welcome

Maybe, but I was talking about being helpful.
Just like helping developers by bringing your coder skills to the team
