I seem to have lines in soul calibur II when i change the resolution. Native resolution works fine. changing speedhacks , dx 9 or dx 10.
All don't seem to help, is this a known issue?
I don't have any problems with other games

Try a custom resolution like 1200x1200, 1020x1020, 1070x1070.
It is a known issue... as many other glitches that happen currently by using higher resolution than games designed for (that's why native works fine).
