low fps help?

been playing 007 everything or nothing and turok and get low fps in certain areas of both games 
i have an i5 4th gen laptop with an nvidia 820 figure its just my hardware but anyody know if i can get a little more out of this rig?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

your laptop is not quite strong enough to run the emulator.
best to recommend to run on the desktop.
