Actually, the guide Bositman linked is a guide to burn an ISO to a disc. What you need to do is:
1. Put the PS2 disc into your DVD-ROM.
2. Open ImgBurn.
3. Select "Create image file from disc".
4. Click the browse button near Destination to select where to create the ISO on your computer.
5. Click the big button at the bottom to start.
