this is not a PC game you have to configure the Plugin responsible for emulation PS2 pad

Config < PAD < Plugin settings


P.S : with such a terrible FPS ( speed ) in menus i bet you'll be getting more than 10 FPS in game ( ~20% of the actual speed )

Can't tell if you're just fooling around or being serious? Abdo clearly explained what you have to do. Configure lilypad with whatever you're using as the controller, and whatever you assigned as the 'X' button, press that at the screen to continue. Not trying to insult you but it's such a simple thing to figure out.
