metal gear solid 2 skate bording

Hello im reporting a bug because i believe that i have reason why when i play metal gear solid 2 substance, i was playing the skate board game and i have reason and dought that then its really doing something to my video card, like i have turn frame skiping on and everything looks optimize, but when i play any other game, its showing nothing on the screen when snake starts to skate or when im playing kingdum harts 2 or any other game the screen flikkers of and on, but on MGS2 substance i was playing the skate boarding game and yet im seeing nothing, other than the main screen and all of whats going on, someone or somebody please fix this please
