microstuttering nighmare

hello my setup is leno loq 1920x1080 fhd 144htz intel i7 16g ram ssd nvidia geforce rtx 4060 8gb, almost all games present microstutterings, seconds like a fast pause and the fps counter gets red then come back, may be somebody willn´t notice it but is a nightmare for me, i tried almos everething on pcxs2 config and on the nvidia config and didnt solve my problem. rpcs3 runs smooth and duckstation too.......... pls help

where are your games stored ?
interanl hdd, internal hdd, external ?

sorry forgot to mention something, i have the h performance set, and in some few ocassions i just open the pcsx2 and works perfect except with r-type final, it have stuttering always.......with this information do you think is the launchbox hdd? and not my computer?

if it's an external one, then yes. it's probably the problem
