mortal kombat armageddon character graphics

hello please help me
my game is playable and in fighting its only A BIT laggy not so much..
but the biggest problem is
all the characters ( created or default ) in game look like this :

i have 8gig ram. 1gig onboard graphic . i7 cpu . win7 64xbit
pcsx2 version is latest : 1.2.1 ( r5875 )
i tried default and nondefault settings but nothing changes ( except the fps which doesnt change the problem anyway )

Ok thank you. How does it look if you press F9? aside from lower resolution?

i just chose : ZeroGS 0.97.1 [zerogs-r5875]
in plugins , and characters are fine everything is fine except that the screen is very small and when i change and choose another gs the characters go back to problematic state

and wow it fixed after i pressed F9 thank you so much youre great

Then it is either something that cannot be fixed or one of the required options on GSDX is not selected, or you are using HW Hacks on GSDX, that's the only other solutions i have
