msi afterburner on screen osd dx9

it's doesn't work...and ati tray tools the same, there's a why ? And a possibility to get them working in dx9 mode ?

ehm i know how to enable osd, but it works only in dx11 mode, when i switch to dx9, osd info on the screen disappear!
