I having same problem just like this

Game show "status- in-game" but the compatibility list shown "playable".

My pc 4 gb ram, i5 cpu, gpu is GeForce GT 220 ,window 7, I run via iso, using pcsx 1.2.1 ,1.0.0 & 0.9.8

each time the enemy eye show light all the screen got invisible red frame

The compatibility list show this game is playable, but when I play and the game show in-game status , how can I fix it ?

the in-game status is probably there because the status might not have been updated in the GameIndex.dbf file.

It's not at all related to the graphical glitch. if the problem is still not solved in software mode then, it's most likely a core issue.

I try using software mode. But fps is very low and the character disappear half of his body , it's can't fix the problem. So what's the solution now ? Wait for newer version pcsx ?

Play it on your ps2 for now.
That problem hasn't been fixed yet

I tested with latest gits but it still doesn't reduce the lighting effect.

Since I am not too familiar with the hack settings , which setting work the best to reduce the lightning issue ?

Tested by setting VU Nearest and None only helps a little.
