There are two main modes for this game...garage mode for the menu and missions.

If you are not having at least a Radeon 7850 gpu, you will struggle in the garage menu in hardware mode. And this is for native resolution only, no more! Upscaling for me is impossible. Software mode in the garage will be unbearably slow.

You may need software mode during missions as me personally, I get a black screen in hardware mode, on missions, making things unplayable. At least with the missions themselves you will be fine cpu-wise. I personally get 60fps in software mode. Just get ready to abuse F9 to switch modes frequently.
OS: Linux Mint 17.2 64 bit (occasional Antergos/Arch user)
(I am no longer a Windows user)
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650 Ti

I have a funny feeling he didn't state his Graphics card because it's onboard... which will definitely be a problem.

For this game, I personally know it will be impossible to play with Intel internal gpu.

Yeah definitely. Those heat missions kill my GPU.
