From just your CPU i can say taht you will have very low FPS in games that you will play. You might want to overclock.
Also there is no information on your GPU which is also a mafor factor when playing games.

128 MB what? (you didn't say the name of the GPU)
Windows 7 64bit
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 OC to 3.6GHz, Intel GMA x4500, 1GB DDR2 Might just work on next guide

No.
Get at least 3.6ghz core 2 duo with SSE4.1 support to have an enjoyable, high-standard experience.
Intel® 82945G Express Chipset Family 128MB

well 2D games and some not so demanding 3D games would work on your pc (i'm able to run kh2 on an intel core2 duo E6300 @ 1.86GHz with an intel 82915G/GV/GL almost fullspeed )
Windows 7 64bit
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 OC to 3.6GHz, Intel GMA x4500, 1GB DDR2 Might just work on next guide

@cisco30: seems you underclock your cpu at.1.2ghz, with that clock and your onboard gpu iam afraid you can not play well with many games on pcsx2.

>> Emulation speed differs for each game. There will be some you can run fast easily, but others will simply require more powerfull hardware <<.

It's not underclocked, it's Intels little speedstep. It cuts the CPU multiplier and FSB when the computer is idle. Saves energy.
@cisco30 If you want any real performance, get a decent GPU and overclock that CPU |
