mymc problem

I am having a problem with mymc and it said the following 

"the program cannot start do to msvcr71.dll is missing from your system"

 please help me out if poosible thanks!

Extract this where the mymc exe is.
It requires two files msvcr71 and msvcp71 and if you search your pc,you may find it in some of your programs.

I have both of those files in the correct places, but I am having the problem that the guy in this thread (the 9th comment) is having.

Try running mymc-gui as administrator
