are there settings i change to make it go faster...in game is 10 fps and menus are 19 and loading screens are like 20-24 fps is there something with the video settings...im not quite sure...
hardware 2.0ghz processor
2 GB RAM
intergrated video radeon xpress 200

You may have it set too high. Your hardware is not really meant for the pcsx2 yet. You need an upgrade to put it simple lol.

I recommend these specs as far as price budget and quality:
radeon 3850 or 4770
2.8 - 3ghz duo cpu (intel)
ram is fine
maybe try using eboostr (if you have thumb drives) but ya sorry bud there's not much tehre to work ith that i knind say other than hardware -mine's not so good itself so (ram + cpu) lol

use native resolution. it helps in integrated cards
