naruto ultimate ninja 3 problem

when i do specail the button show up and desappears and when i play story mode chapter 11 i cnt hit manda and it laggs while the other things dont can anyone help im new and i dont understand so much about pcxs2 so in advance thanks

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

but when i it use this comes A file could not be created. path: C/Progam Files/Naruto Ultimate Ninja3/bios/PS2 bios 30004R V6 Pal.nvm and i dont know why :o
