it probably is a problem with the ISO file, probably his disc was damaged someway...

ok. sory.. here some screen shot..

try using CDVD-->Plugin.
and of course you need to mount your ISO via Linuz-ISO in the plug-in settings

If you get that even if you do System > Boot CDVD (fast), then your iso is faulty.
