need for speed underground 1

Hello im trying to just get need for speed to run smoothly just as is on a ps2 first it came on with red lines so i hw skipdraw 1 that sorted that then the blur was like a TIMEWARP! and is running so slow?

my system:
cpu-AMD fx-8350
gpu-MSI R9 380
Ram- hyperxfury 16gb 1866mhz
