need help

i tried to follow the instructions but i got stuck at the very first part i got 2 problems:
1. when i dl for windows the rar has linux in its name but the one thats supposed to be linux doesnt work either
2.i unrared the one that u say is for windows but the file pcsx2 is unknown and i cant run it... plz help

ty i finaly got to running the thing now i just hope i can configure it to actually run naruto accel2 <--- best game ever ^^
