i download the emulator i follow the steps but when i play the game ... only audio no video ... need help

What type of gsdx settings you use btw press f9

Thats what im thinking i have played metal slug 3 in ps2 never heard about metal slug x in ps2.

as jesalvein said metal slug x is not ps2 title then how you able to play it on pcsx2.
