need help suikoden 4 dark/low brightness on some part of the screen

the game play just fine but, if i move around the screen become like this




if i go to video plugin setting and simply press ok (didnt set anything) the screen will be back to normal, but the moment i walk around rotating the camera, it become like this again (the "darken" screen is not exactly like this but there will always "darken" screen appearing the moment i start walking around), so far it didnt happen in the battle though.

my pc spec is
- nvidia 1080 (driver should up to date)
- i7 8700
- 16gb ram
- window 10
