need help with the pcsx2setup file

every single time i want to open it the firefox window freeze and the file explorer window say "window not config"

when i try open by opening the file explorer and open the folder and start pcsx2 setup the file explorer window loads too long like hours

whats going on ? the setup isnt as simple as those youtube videos

ps . how do you get notified ? 1st time user here

Well I really have no idea what you are talking about. But post your PC specifications I.e
Name and Model of Pc
What OS u r using
Ram
Gpu
And let see where we can go from there
