need to extract p2s file

hi i need to extract .p2s file (what we call savestates)
already tried to extract using winrar but it give me failed response & also 7zip do the same thing (check my attachment)
but i know theres an android app called zArchiver can do that. but i want to do it on my desktop
did someone know how to extract that .p2s file on desktop/windows

PCSX2 1.7.0 nightly uses zstd compression for its savestates which is not supported in standard 7-zip.
You need a zstd fork of 7-zip: https://github.com/mcmilk/7-Zip-zstd
