Hey, my little bro wants to play kingdom hearts 2 on his computer. His specs are:
-AMD 3200+ 2.2ghz
-1gb RAM
-ATi HD4650 512mb
-Windows XP SP2
How fast would it run? would it be playable?

Probably not, the CPU is really slow.

the CPU is simply to slow, it wouldnt run at playable speeds probably
you can try the latest beta but i dont think you will get above 35 fps

...& since it's AMD Athlon 64 3200+ @ 2.2GHz he has old socket 754 board, so for an upgrade, he'll need at least new MoBo & CPU...
3200+ 2.2GHz -> 1600HT, s754
3200+ 2.0GHz -> 2000HT, s939 or AM2
