tenkaichi games will probably have slowdowns because of your GPU (software mode may help in your case though).
if you own the game for wii (bought the game twice ? whoa...), maybe....
but IIRC while dolphin is less heavy on the CPU side, it will ask for more GPU power. Since your gpu is the weak element here, not sure you'll get satisying results

You can try installing decent GPU card and use it instead of using the internal ones. Although its PCI bandwidth are halved, at least it gives better results compared to running with its internal GPU.

Unless your PC doesn't have any PCIe slot, you might be stuck on the internal GPU forever.
AMD Ryzen 3500X 3.5Ghz (OC'ed to 4.0Ghz)
16GB DDR4 2667Mhz RAM
AMD RX 480 8GB GDDR5.
240GB SSD
Gigabyte Aorus B450i ITX mobo

i finally tried it ...tenkaichi 3 is slighlty laggy on pcsx2 even on native resolution but funnily enough it runs fine on dolphin with 720 p
