i playing mlb 10 the show..baseball games . cant see the pitcher lol where i can see gsdx setting?

Probably, yeah. Not sure how difficult mlb 10 is to emulate. Gsdx settings are config > video (gs) > plugin settings.

ive tried a lot of settings and still trying to found the good one xD im about to just give up anything works. start with 60 fps and finish with 14 when playing

I'd think your laptop is just far too weak for that. Other than the guide, try messing with EE/VU speedhacks ( don't max out both, never works out well) and MTVU, try lowering resolution, make sure your laptop is set to high performance mode and not power saving
